Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

After 3 days, we may not accept return requests.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or sale items


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.

  2. Share clear pictures of the product (if damaged/wrong item).

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Customer may need to ship the item back to our warehouse.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund method:

    • Bank transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days


5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items.

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.


6. Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side, we will cover return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind, shipping charges will not be refunded.
