  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (major cities).

  • Remote areas may take 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (via SMS or WhatsApp if available).

  • You can track your parcel through the courier service website.


6. Failed Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • If the parcel is returned due to non-availability or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Parcel

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures.

  • We will assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
